Communication is a process by which message is conveyed to someone or a group of people. And if the message is conveyed clearly, then it is known as effective communication. A communication becomes effective only if the receiver understands what the sender is trying to convey.When the message is not clearly understood one should understand that he is facing a barrier to communication.
