With
reference to the discussions you had with us recently, we are pleased to appoint
you as _____ in our
organization effective from _______ 200__. We are happy to have you join our
team and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial association with you.
The
gross salary payable to you will be Rs.______________ (Rupees _____________ Thousand
only) per annum. In addition, you will be entitled to get benefits available to
employees (including but not limited to Personal Accident Insurance,
Hospitalization Reimbursements).
There
will be a probation period of three months. After the successful completion of the
Probation period, you will be confirmed depending on your performance. (Please
see Appendix A)
We
request you to confirm to us your acceptance of this offer including Appendix A,
by returning a copy of this letter duly signed by you.
On the joining date, you need to bring
your last salary slip, Form 16 from your previous employer, Your Degree / PG
Certificate, Photocopy of your passport and three I-card size photographs.
Please

Appendix
A
Terms and Conditions
- During
the probation period, your employment is terminable at any time, without
assigning any reason with 48 hour notice in writing on either side.
- After
probation period your performance will be evaluated, which may result into
salary revision.
- After confirmation, your assignment is terminable at any
time, without assigning any reason with one month's notice in writing on
either side. If you leave the services of the company without the requisite
one-month notice, then we will be entitled to recover from you an amount equivalent
to one month's salary in lieu of the notice period. We will also be
entitled to adjust such amount from any amounts which may be payable to
you by us.
- A
background check may be conducted by us to screen you for possible
criminal records, substance abuse and to ascertain other facts mentioned
by you. In case of discrepancy, the company reserves the right to cancel
this appointment letter.
